KAΛΕΣΜΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ Δ.Σ. ΚΑΙ ΤΗΝ ΠΡΟΕΔΡΟ ΚΑΤΕΡΙΝΑ ΜΠΑΜΠΑΛΗ ΓΙΑ ΜΑΖΙΚΗ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗ TO ΣΑΒΒΑΤΟ 16 ΑΠΡΙΛΙΟΥ ΜΕ ΣΤΟΧΟ ΤΗΝ ΜΕΓΑΛΥΤΕΡΗ ΚΑΙ ΚΑΛΥΤΕΡΗ ΕΚΠΡΟΣΩΠΗΣΗ ΤΩΝ 74 ΜΕΛΩΝ ΤΟΥ ΣΥΛΛΟΓΟΥ
O Σύλλογος Ιδιοκτητών Ξένων Κέντρων Γλωσσών του Νομού Μεσσηνίας έχει προκηρύξει για το Σάββατο 16 Απριλίου στο Συνεδριακό κέντρο του ξενοδοχείου Elite, Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση, Εκλογή νέου Δ.Σ., Ελεγκτικής Επιτροπής και Αντιπροσώπων.
Η Πρόεδρος του Συλλόγου Κατερίνα Μπάμπαλη σε έγγραφο του ΔΣ αναφέρει:
Καλούνται τα μέλη σε Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση που θα γίνει στο Συνεδριακό κέντρο του ξενοδοχείου Elite, το Σάββατο 16 Απριλίου και ώρα 10:30 , με τα εξής θέματα:
1) Απολογισμός πεπραγμένων
2) Απολογισμός οικονομικών
3) Εκλογή νέου Δ.Σ., Ελεγκτικής Επιτροπής και Αντιπροσώπων στην Ομοσπονδία
4) Ό,τι προταθεί
Όσοι συνάδελφοι επιθυμούν να θέσουν υποψηφιότητα, παρακαλούνται να στείλουν την αίτησή τους μέχρι την Παρασκευή 15 Απριλίου 2022. (Θα υπάρχουν αιτήσεις και στο χώρο της Γενικής Συνέλευσης). Για την ψηφοφορία χρειάζεται να έχετε την ταυτότητά σας. Για οποιαδήποτε διευκρίνιση παρακαλούμε να επικοινωνήσετε με το γραφείο του Συλλόγου.
Η συμμετοχή των μελών στις εκλογές εξασφαλίζει την ύπαρξη και τη λειτουργία όχι μόνο του γραφείου του Συλλόγου αλλά και την αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων του κλάδου. Για το λόγο αυτό σας δίνεται η δυνατότητα, σε περίπτωση που δεν μπορείτε να συμμετέχετε στη Γ.Σ. του Σαββάτου, να ψηφίσετε τη Μ. Δευτέρα 18 Απριλίου και ώρες 10:00 – 14:00 και 18:00 – 20:00 στα γραφεία του Συλλόγου.
Αγαπητοί Συνάδελφοι,
Με αφορμή τις εκλογές του Συλλόγου μας θέλουμε να σας ζητήσουμε να συμμετέχετε. Ο Σύλλογός μας έχει 74 μέλη και αυτό σημαίνει πως εάν ψηφίζαμε όλοι θα μπορούσαμε να εκλέξουμε 7 αντιπροσώπους στην Ομοσπονδία, κάτι που θα δυνάμωνε τη φωνή μας στις αποφάσεις της Ομοσπονδίας για το καλό του κλάδου μας. Η ενημέρωση και η εμπλοκή μας με το συνδικαλιστικό κομμάτι θα αποφέρει μόνο θετικά αποτελέσματα αφού θα έχουμε διεκδικητικό ρόλο.
Παράλληλα στον ίδιο χώρο θα γίνει Έκθεση Ξενόγλωσσου βιβλίου κι εποπτικών μέσων.
